  • Whereas, when you are having a multiple pregnancy, then you can fly for up to 32 weeks of pregnancy. 
  • Pregnant passengers are not permitted to be seated in the emergency exit seat at the Cathay Pacific. 
  • When you have a complicated pregnancy, then you need to submit the completed MEDA form to Cathay Pacific Customer Care as early as possible, but no later than 48 hours before your scheduled flight departure time.
  • For requests of inflight medical oxygen, the completed MEDA form should be submitted 72 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure time of your scheduled flight.
